After some creative work with a photo I took of the full perigee moon, I was trying to find just the right saying to make it complete. After some searching, the following asked to be used: "Certain things catch your eye. But pursue only those that capture your heart." The perigee moon is the largest full moon of the year. The moon's orbit of Earth is an ellipse, with one end closer to Earth than the other. When the moon is near the closer end of the ellipse, it's in a spot known as the perigee.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs. it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
