This paper was satisfactory, color price and bright, but I had ordered this paper previously, paid for it, and was very un happy with it and wrote you an email and never any response back. The paper showed 2 tiny windows of bldg. next to lighthouse,, and no picture of the lighthouse I could not use it. The printing was fine and this paper I could use as the lighthouse was the right size, clear and precise, and still upset about the other two papers that were sent. The second one sent was like the lst unsatisfactory one as it was not arriving to my address., so they were kind enough to order another but I did not know then that the paper was unsatisfactory. I explained in an email to you about the problem of the non lighthouse paper and no one answered my email and I could not reach you by phone, aas line was not available at the times I called.
