A single almost-ripe pomegranate graces the cover of this card. The pomegranate symbolises prosperity and plenty because when you open it up you have a multitude of tasty and nutritious seeds that can used in so many ways: in salads, juices or cooked with other dishes. What a wonderful symbol for the Jewish New Year! Along the sides of the pomegranate the text says "For a Happy New Year" in Hebrew using both Hebrew and Latin scripts.

This wrapping is very high quality, the paper is nice and thick and the colour is gorgeous. I always use blue at Christmas and was having trouble finding just the right colour and quality - this roll was just perfect. The quality, design and colour are exactly as expected. No disappointments here. Won’t ever go back to cheap wrapping that tears at the corners ever again.
