Polka Dot Zebra English Pub Dartboard

This dartboard can be found at the world famous and entirely mythical Polka Dot Zebra pub in England. It features the polka-dotted, brown zebra drawn from the pub's outdoor sign. Text reading, "The Polka Dot Zebra" appears at the top in Old English font Zebras are not always born with black and white stripes, There are a number of mutations which can can cause variations on colour and form. In 2020 a young, "polka dot" Plains Zebra (Equus quagga), nicknamed Tira, was discovered in Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve. Tira's unusual appearance is the result of a rare mutation called pseudomelanism. Tira was the inspiration for our Polka Dot Zebra, an artist's conception of an adult animal with this colour variation.
