Pirate Ship 6 Cm Round Badge

Pirate Ship 6 Cm Round Badge

Pirate Ship. Watched over by Cape Hatteras Light on Cape Hatteras Island, the seas of North Carolina can be treacherous waters. Shifting sandbars, unpredictable currents and storms have earned this area the nickname "Graveyard of the Atlantic", claiming over 600 ships. Wars and piracy have also contributed their share of sunken vessels. From the 1650s to the 1730s pirates roamed these waters using a chain of barrier islands as hideouts while sneaking up on unsuspecting ships. Edward Teach, better known as Blackbeard, William "Captain" Kidd, Ann Bonney and Mary Read were some of the notorious pirates that sailed here. Often loaded with stolen treasures the pirates themselves were hunted and seized or sunk. The wreck depicted in this puzzle is similar in size to Blackbeard’s 40 gun flag ship, Queen Anne's Revenge discovered in 1996 offshore of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, it also bears a resemblance to Captain Kidd’s Adventure Prize a fighting galleon. Breaking apart alongside the Coral reefs and the vast array of sea life that inhabit them there may still be treasure to find. Research by Wm. Bock.

This badge I ordered for my work mate. It’s so cute and perfectly done. I’m very happy with how it’s turn out. Thanks. The color was exactly as the picture on the advertisement. It is good quality print, for the price I paid, I’m very happy with the product. Thanks so much.

The product looks so beautiful!!! Thank you so much, you did a great job printing it. It has everything I ever wanted and the shiny finish is just perfect. The metal back really complements the picture. Thank You! ;). The image was great. All the colours were there and the writing was readable.

I got the 5.7 cm (2.25") badge and it was very large! (In a good way). Printing was great - ordered for me and a friend, she was very happy with it. Printing was amazing - not off-center or just bad quality
