This was a terrific experience, not only purchasing a nice quality invitation, but receiving outstanding customer service after the order was received. I decided that the basic paper stock I ordered was not what I wanted for this invitation and zazzle.com was quick to offer solutions when I called to see what options I had to reprint the invitation on linen stock. The customer service rep was professional and knowledgeable, and offered a quick and easy option. I had never heard of zazzle.com until I did a random search of websites offering printed birthday invitation options for my soon-to-be 90-year-old mother-in-law. I was amazed by the number of choices available on Zazzle. Ordering instructions were easy to follow and I appreciated being able to see the final draft before placing the order. I received the invitations within one week (can't beat that service) and they are as lovely as they appeared on the website. My only suggestion for someone ordering for the first time would be to choose an upgraded paper stock. While the invitations I received are certainly of a good quality, a finer stock, such as the linen option, would have been preferable in this case. The basic stock would be great for children's parties and such, while an upgraded paper would enhance an adult-themed event. I also loved taking advantage of the discount that was available at the time I ordered, which made these custom printed invitations a pretty spectacular bargain!
