I accidentally put the wrong zip code on my shipping address. When tracking the package it was being sent back and forth between post offices for over a week. The post office and UPS were of no help. I called customer service and without a hesitation he overnighted a new order free of charge. We received the invitations just in time to send out and have a great party.
