Pigeons Tie

Localpigeon is a journalist and designer, born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She's a media and cultural criticism post-grad from London City and Cardiff Universities in the UK. She loves animals and sports and grew up within the Atlantic Rainforest nature reserve in the amazing mountain region of Rio. Upon graduating she worked in finance and sport magazines in London and attended a textiles design course at the Chelsea College of Arts. Her Localpigeon series wants to link the free spirit and mundane, wild and urban, our everyday city cultures and our desire to break free like a bird.
