My guess is you can already relate to this image. Schools often don't have enough room to store a piano of this size. So what happens is, you get this big open room full of other things; probably a storage closet of some kind. While the atmosphere isn't always the best you always pretend your in a great concert hall - as the large room has the best sound in the whole building.
