Photo Save the Date Postcard with Calendar

This simply chic photo wedding save the date postcard template features a clean, modern design, with your favourite photo on the front and a calendar on the back to highlight your date. Click on 'details' next to 'personalise this template' to enter your own details, and when it comes time to edit the calendar on back, click 'customise further' and follow the instructions in this description to customise the calendar. We've used black and various shades of grey for the text on both sides, but you can change the colour as well as the font to whatever suits your style. In any case, please do go over all of the text on both sides and be sure to replace all of our sample text with your own details or delete our text without replacing it, where you prefer to do that. For example, you might not have a wedding website, and so you might decide to simply delete our sample web address text without replacing it, or you can also of course replace it with a message of a different sort entirely. We've included space for your return address on the back in an unconventional format and place, written vertically down the middle of the card, with the text facing a different direction than the other text. It's easy to overlook this, so please take care to replace it with your own return address info. You can also change the punctuation of this address and you might prefer to change your names to upper case for just the first letters rather than all upper case, etc. Customising a calendar can sometimes be the most challenging aspect of editing a card such as this, but we've made it easy! Simply replace our sample text wit your own month and year and then refer to a trusted calendar to add the numbers below each day of the week, leaving a space on top or bottom blank in the vertical column for each day in editing mode were appropriate. You might find a calendar to refer to online, and when you do, please also be sure that it's referencing the correct year! And finally, when it comes to moving the circle that marks your special day, look at the list of layers on the left side in editing mode and click on the layer that we've named 'oval.' Then, rather than trying to move the circle with your mouse, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move it one space at a time horizontally and vertically until you place it on your date. Then, just replace the sample text below that with your own information and you're all set. We've chosen pale goldenrod for the colour of this marker, but you can change that to whatever colour you prefer.
