Worst company I have ever worked with I ordered an ornament and they put another dogs picture on the other side
Wondering where their quality control is it’s bad enough I just lost my dog I was mortified when I received it and their was a different dogs picture on one side I have tried to get this corrected now for 2 weeks and their customer service is awful
I have ordered ornaments from other companies and have never had this much stress from this company I have copied this review to see if they post it.

This ornament turned out well but a little disappointed that the pics weren't as large as they looked on the computer when I added it to the ornament but still a nice keepsake, was a gift for my son and his family.
