So there are several parts to this. The name at the bottom is able to be changed, I found a font that is similar on here to the font in the graphic and made it the same colour, but if you want it changed you have the option. The QR code in the top is my store url but you can change that as well as the background colour. I added the QR code because that would be an awesome way for students/parents to have easy access to the teacher's page on the school website or something else. It could also be a great gift!
