I was really happy with how the product looks. My mom passed away unexpectedly at the beginning of December so this was something special to give my dad.
I also wanted to say how happy I was by the fast response from customer service when I was worried about not getting my keychain when I thought I would. I wish that it could have shown more of my mom's face but that was more due to the size of the picture.
