I was very happy with the size, the picture quality, and the weight of the ornament. I was not pleased with the printing. Though I was sure I had provided a good margin for the printing, it was way too close and bleeding into the side of the ornament. It seems that something like that would be noticed at the time of printing and corrected before sending out. As this was a "first" ornament for a new baby and a gift; I was disappointed that it was not as perfect as I would have expected for the price I paid. All comments listed above in thoughts about the product.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni. However the Zazzle Support team were fabulous & organised a replacement quite quickly. My daughter is very happy. Thank you. Nice ornament, love the colours
