I got exactly what I ordered. Was very pleased with how what I received looked exactly like what I designed on computer. I added text and an image to create my own mug to a template. Also, I was suprised with how fast I received it...esp for something that was custom printed. I chose a B&W image so no feedback on quality of color. The photo did turn out very clear, though.
