The bag arrived on time and is a present for my Granddaughter's birthday. One side with her dog's picture was perfect but the reverse side had a crease in the dog's photo.
So disappointed! Don't want a replacement but she will notice it for sure. The dog's photo on the reverse of the tote bag has a crease through it.

The product was nice I thought it might be a big stronger of a bag but it works great for my pickleball paddle and shoes!
The 2nd bag is a valentines gift for my son as 2 dogs are his in picture. 2 white ones are mine and 2 others are my granddogs. The printing was great the picture was a bit grainy but could have beenthe size of picture I needed
