It is just the faux lace background., Compliments this one well. Most of the front is covered with a lace faux fabric, than it has a faux satin bow & ribbon across it. Plus a pretty bow with a jewelled centre. I added an name you can change it and had your own initial,name or logo.. Or you can leave it blank. I absolutely love this product. I turned out even better than I expected too. I bought this for my mother for Mother's Day and she really loves it, she shows it too everyone she can and they all love it as well and want to know where I bought it from. The design turned out perfect, the printing of the words is fantastic they were so clear and easy to read, the color was also nicer than I thought it would be plus the images are so clear to see. I myself can't seem to keep looking at it, it's just gorgeous I love it, it couldn't have turned out any better
