Of the many sights there were to see at the zoo, one that will always be memorable is that of this Peacock. He seemed to be destined to put on a show for anyone watching. Perhaps he was trained to do so or perhaps not, but stroll around and unfurl his beauteous feathers he did, and a lot. I took many photos of him and some more later in the day as I passed back thru the area where he seemed to reside.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
