Paying Attention Tie

This mash-up was put together for a friend who notice on her daily run that a heron kept showing up and showing off for her. She had also ran into an unusual number of heron at other times and was beginning to wonder if it was some animal totem with a message for her as she found it unusual and magical. She sat in the park with the heron and let her mind quite to try to hear what this great bird had to say but she could only remember her mother and how her mother so loved these birds. Maybe that is all she needed to know. As she was quite moved by this meditation and I think she is a great soul I decided to put something together to visually tell her story of the heron that kept showing up.
