I have used Zazzle before, so this is an uncommon mistake I'm sure, but for some reason, my custom design did not save and I received a misprinted RSVP card. Everything else came out beautifully, and Zazzle gave me credit with no hesitation so that I could get the rsvp cards corrected and sent to me with plenty of time to send out with wedding invitations. The names on the RSVP were misprinted. I'm not sure if there was an error in saving, but I received cards with the sample names on them after spending a lot of time customizing the font and names to match my wedding design. The cards still came out beautifully, however, and I will still use zazzle in the future.
