Very easy to work with. Very easy to design. Clear instructions. Prompt service. Loved the invitations, but as with anything like this ordered on-line without the benefit of actually seeing and touching the product, I was disappointed with the quality of the envelopes. That, though, is probably my own fault. Now having a concept of what "standard" actually means, I would look more closely at the "options" to get a better weight and quality envelope--to match the quality of the invitations. Because I didn't have time to reorder from Zazzle and I live in an area where the closest stationary store is 60 minutes away, I ended up buying the best set of notecards and envelopes I could find and not using the ones that came with the invitations. The invitations were great! Just as I expected.

The product was made with great quality card, a Matte finish and top of the line ink. I could’ve have asked for better quality invitations and the price was to die for. Colour were exactly as the site showed and came out looking better than I could imagine
