Pacific Fairy Magic

The painting is based on textiles and symbols from the civilisations located in the Pacific Islands. Also, this is the only representation of a mermaid in the "captured" series. This was fun to render because it took me in a whole new direction. There are vibrant red and white curtains that cover the leaded glass window. The small table is my impression of furniture design from this area.

This was exactly what was wanted for my piano crazy grandson! He is self taught & is now having lessons by a top teacher and has been asked to play at various venues in the US!
