About the image:
I was inspired to draw this image whilst walking home from work, rather tired... I was learning to pray the Rosary as I walked along:
The image is Mother Mary, giving us Her Holy Rosary to help us with all our needs... Our Lady is in Heaven, in a beautiful garden, surrounded by roses, Cherubs and the Holy Spirit is with Mother Mary, in the form of a Dove. The project has been a personal devotional artwork; my way to say thank you for all the prayers Mother Mary has answered in my life and the help Our Lady has given me.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
