'Our Lady of the Rosary' by Jenny McLaughlin Poster
I was inspired to draw and paint this image whilst learning to pray the Holy Rosary. It is an image of Our Lady, in a beautiful rose garden in Heaven, holding the Holy Rosary, there are some Cherubs and the Holy Spirit appears as a Dove. Our Lady is showing us that when we pray the Holy Rosary, this can help us with all our troubles.
The project has been a personal devotional artwork; my way to say thank you for all the prayers Mother Mary has answered in my life and the help Our Lady has given me. I would also like to thank Margaret and her Great Niece for assisting me with the face of the Cherub in the foreground. I would also like to thank all my friends at the Art Club at the Hub, South Shore Blackpool for all your encouragement as I worked on this artwork, you are all such wonderful people. While I would certainly have preferred to have this quirky poster framed, for what I could afford, this poster option was great. It looks really good on my wall and I'm sure will draw some interesting comments. I'm very happy with the printing quality and colours.

I was given a small budget to decorate a free clinic. I ordered many of the posters from Zazzle because I could select various sizes that fit frames we could re-purpose. The quality of the printing is fine and there's a wide selection of subjects and styles to choose from. The paper quality on most of the items I ordered was decent. For some reason, though, the Ibis poster on "Perfect Poster (Glossy Finish)" is on very flimsy paper. It'll look fine when framed, but I would upgrade the paper choice if I did this over again. The image quality, colors, and printing quality were fine -exactly what I expected.
