The faith and devotion to Our Lady of Fátima unite the Portuguese and people from all over the world. The pilgrimage takes them to the sanctuary of Fátima every year, especially between May and October. This devotion was born in 1917. It is believed that Our Lady appeared to three children who were herding the family's sheep. There were six apparitions, every 13th, from May to October 1917. Lucia, aged 10, and her cousins Francisco, 9, and Jacinta, 7, are now called the Seers. thousands of people attracted by the miracle of Fatima. I created this illustration inspired by the Procession of Candles, which takes place there in the dark of night. Even those who are not religious recognise that it is beautiful to see so many lights as a manifestation of faith. It was made thinking about those who are devoted to Our Lady of Fatima. OMG my order exceeded my expectation’s. My products are beautiful, they were done soo well. The cushion I did was for my nephews birthday, who had his little pet chapoodle for just over 15yrs, she passed last yr. So I had some special photos as well as a photo of her paw prints and hair put on the cushion. I wanted to make it special for him. His birthday is not until Mon 27th so he hasn’t seen it yet. When he opens his present on the his special day, we are all going to have a little cry, all because of the cushion and how well it was made to bring out the best memories we have of our little Princess.
So thank you soo much for the work you did, and I will most definitely be using you again for one of my other products.
