Our Lady of Fatima and the three shepherds Ceramic Tile

Jacinta and Francisco were children who lived rural life at the time. They didn't go to school, they were shepherds, just like Cousin Lucia. She said that Francisco was a very calm boy and that he liked music, Jacinta was more sweet and spoiled, fragile.t is believed that Our Lady appeared to three children who were herding the family's sheep. There were six apparitions, every 13th, from May to October 1917. After the apparitions, Francisco liked to pray alone, and Jacinta was frightened by a vision of Hell and wanted to save sinners through penance and sacrifice. The three children practiced mortifications and penances that perhaps weakened their health. They ended up succumbing to the epidemic that happened in Europe in 1918.
