The final product came out better than what I had created it to be. I am thankful for the professional look of this product and I was very thankful to receive this product in time for Christmas to give to my sister and my future brother-in-law. I had submitted an incorrect photo crop and I received an email that notified me of the possible imperfect product I had created. They offered me a chance to redo my order and cancel my current one. The final product was amazing.

I bought this ornament for our 40th Wedding Anniversary which we will put on our Christmas tree. It arrived on time (to Australia!). It is really beautiful and a lovely decoration for our tree. It was absolutely perfect - could not have been better!
