It is a flowery type of design with a stylised tulip and other flowers. The Ottoman empire existed for 624 years and they were the biggest islamic empire in Europe. The state is known for their Sultans who resided with their Harem in Istanbul in the Topkapi serail. Of course the rich Sultans, emirs and pasha's had an expensive taste for fine decoration.
