Shoe shines are hard to find these days, most people wear sneakers, sandals or flip flops. Old dress shoes are hard to come by. My own pair I wear maybe 2-3 times a year, there isn't any time for them to get dirty. But they are still around, and are a joy to see. This would make a lovely gift for anyone that sells shoes. While it could make a nice gift for a shoeshiner, there really isn't a place to display it.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs. it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
