Mouse pad was thicker than I’d seen on others so it certainly won’t slip off the desk. I thought it was more useful than a birthday card as it would be a special and useful keepsake for my daughter’s milestone 40th birthday. She absolutely loved the design! The design itself was great. Some of the white ink on the hearts was feint but nothing to really be concerned about as the overall effect was lovely.
