A wonderful vintage map design by eminent French cartographer Oronce Finé (In Latin, Orontius Finnaeus or Finaeus; Italian: Oronzio Fineo) (b. December 20, 1494, in Briançon, France Died in Paris, France on August 8, 1555) was a French mathematician and cartographer. This gorgeous collection includes cartographic masterpieces by some of the greatest explorers and map designers of the mediaeval era. 20% from all royalties is donated to Habitat for Humanity.
