You can use the wrapping paper also for your crafting projects. This is a simple fourfold Islamic geometric pattern. In this tessellation there are no star like patterns, but the tessellation is formed by what people call arrows. An example where you can find this design is in the stucco mihrab of Uljaytu of the Friday Mosque of Isfahan, Iran. Or on Ottoman blue ware of the 16th-century. The colours are red, white and blue. It is from an example I found on the internet and I liked. Original and traditional Islamic geometric design. Geometric Arabic patterns are very popular in Islamic ornamentation and are very typical for all over the Islamic world.
