When I found this kamon I learned it was associated with Seishinkai. The name is derived from a dojo in Osaka with the name Seishin. Which means "pure heart". This dojo started in 1943 in Osaka and taught a particular type of karate. For instance to karate fellows who had to leave Okinawa Japan at the time.
