To people with good vision, this looks like a normal chart with letters on it. Yet to someone who can't see, it's mostly a blurry mass with letters that change on their own the more you stare at it. Depending on the test, the E M W 3 test, they make you dance a little for them, not unlike an interpretative fan dance, without the fan.
