Optically Helpful MousePad - InfinityBitZero

Optical computer mice work on the principle of optics so when I used mouse pads or desks with a solid colour or open pattern, I'd get A LOT of skips and skitters where the mouse didn't see any change in optics and if I were drawing or using Photoshop, Excel or gaming - frustration. So I finally decided to make my own and seriously it's what I use all the time now. The hand-crafted pattern is just varied enough to keep the optics noticing the changes - so I don't get on screen mouse skitters. Doggies and Kitties and fields of flowers are nice to look at, but I need reliability in certain activities and it's nice that these pads are interchangeable. When I need pretty, I can slip in a picture of my wife on the pad if I want to, but for solid performance and smooth scrolling - this mouse pad design could make all the difference.
