Painting of the Oliver Reeser Farm in Chenoa, Illinois, by Jason Reeser.
This acrylic painting represents Oliver and Alice Reeser's farm around 1960, and was presented to their son John D Reeser at his 80th birthday on December 9th, 2023.
The painting was created by compiling photographs and memories from multiple family members in the fall of 2023 and the painting was completed by John's son Jason just a week before John's birthday. The configuration of the farm as seen from the road in the painting has not been seen in over fifty years.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
