This photo may have been taken from New Road in Collinsville, Connecticut, according to Facebook Folks from Collinsville. George Theroux who lived in Collinsville was the photographer. The photo may have been taken in the late 1940s and possible early 1950s. Reflections of the Collins Company buildings in the Farmington River are pretty clear. John Brown acquired his weapons from the Collins Company to use at Harper's Ferry.
