O Come All Ye Faithful Religious Christmas Dove Holiday Card

We ordered 200 cards for our church to send out before Thanksgiving. I contacted the customer service representative to advise of our tax exempt status, and they said - pay the full amount and we will reimburse you after we receive the documentation. I submitted the documentation, but still have not received the reimbursement of sales tax. Nor has anyone responded to my emails about this topic. Because of the time crunch, expedited shipping was paid for, but according to the website, the items were still being printed on 11/20 when the expected delivery date was 11/21. I recognize that next aspect of our order is related to FedEx and not Zazzle, but to make you aware that the delivery was further delayed because FedEx said there was no one to sign for the package on Saturday so delivery wasn't made- which is odd because there was also no one available on Monday but they were available to leave the package in the delivery box out side of the church office door. On top of the delay with printing, issues with delivery, when on November 24, when we finally received the order there were only 193 cards printed not 200. We will be using local printers in the future. The discounted price is not worth the hassle. .

The card itself brought a smile to the face of its recipient and has quickly become a favourite. It has pride of place on the mantle shelf above the fire. The quality of the card, the printing and the overall composition are all excellent.
