Painting of the number twenty-one in white, orange, and yellow. This is the twenty-first of a series of 21 number magnets, to represent the 21 days it takes to effect change in one's behaviour. The first part of magnet 21 represents clearing and letting go of old feelings. They can be considered good or bad, the idea is to let go of them, whatever they are. It allows more openness to what is new. The second part of the twenty-one represents continuing on and building on with what was learned. The one is beginning to look like the one that is the start of the series. Just as a child learns to walk, after 21 days, they don't think they're done. Instead, they keep on walking, practicing and reinforcing what they've learned, and also taking it to new heights, running, skating, dancing, etc. So continue on with using these tools, and discover how you will take them to new heights.
