Number 10 magnet with white and yellow

This is the tenth of a series of 21 number magnets, to represent the 21 days it takes to effect change in one's behaviour. This first number of the two digit series represents two steps. The one digit, being white, represents clearing. The zero digit, being yellow, represents replacing with a brighter choice. The first part of this clearing and replacing can go like this; saying the words, "Cancel. Cancel," to any negativity that comes up within. Then immediately saying, "I choose happy, happy; and goodness to all." The cancel statement serves as forgiveness; releasing whatever feeling you had been holding onto. The replacement statement gives direction on what you'd like that energy replaced with. This tenth magnet is being published June 27, 2010.
