I was very happy with the quality of the product. I would have given it a 5 except I did think that it was misleading to show a gold colored thread for hanging and then it arrived without one. I liked that the print was not pixelated and that the weight of the ornament was heavier than lighter which would make it feel cheap.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni.
