I designed this No Excuse for Narcissistic Abuse Healing Journal for Survivors of Emotional Abuse. This empowering journal carries an important reminder: even the most minor signs of abuse have no excuse. It's a gentle yet powerful nudge that you deserve better. The design integrates gentle coral and deep burgundy colours and textured flowers, complemented by a strong serif font that provides a solid foundation for an important message. "Abuse is Abuse." "No Excuse." I've provided an area on the front cover to personalise your name, add a personal note to yourself, or as a gift for a friend. The back cover features a place to customise an empowering message. It reads, "My feelings are valid, and I deserve happiness, kindness, and respect." You're welcome to keep it, change it, or delete it. You have control and can choose what fulfills your heart with joy. After dealing with all the twists and turns of narcissistic abuse, the journal's unique square shape is refreshingly straightforward. A square is solid, grounded, and perfectly balanced. There are no sneaky angles here! This shape brings a fresh perspective, reminding you that even when life feels twisted and turned, there's a stable, grounded space for you here. Use these pages to reflect, release, and express your thoughts and feelings, knowing your words are valid and safely held. This journal is your space to explore the effects of narcissistic abuse, including manipulation, gaslighting, isolation, or the silent treatment.
