It's a bit of a standing joke when you lose your hair during chemo... I lost count of the number of times people tilted their head to one side and said 'but of course you've got such a nice shaped head, you can carry it off!'. Of course they mean it kindly but that doesn't stop you wanting to poke them in the eye! :-)
