I came up with this design because I am old enough to remember when newspapers were part of everyday life. I feel nostalgic for a slower time hen births were announced in the newspaper. My great grandfather carried my moms birth announcement in his wallet until the day he died. Newspapers shared information about life. Newspapers carried our memories. What better way to share the birth of a baby than in the format of an old newspaper. The quaint and adorable rolled into one.
