I am pleased with the customer service as they attended to my email quickly and addressed my needs. The Zazzle website is user friendly and easy to browse.. another feature I like is all the emails verifying the order and shipment confirmation. I really like the color invoice as well!! I have only purchased postcards..but overall I am happy with their quality. I would like to see info on the backs of the pc's though. I was happy with the print quality of postcards..and shiny paper
