There are stories, that through the form of the building, special winds are getting up to speed, and windblown skirts have been a major attraction around this building, so that even the police had to intervene and shove lurking men away. I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her.
