On March 5, 2024 I decided to find out more about the Canadian Truckers that started the Freedom Convoy. Recently, its founder Brigitte Belton @gidget642 on X (formerly Twitter) followed me. I found it odd to see footage of Tamara Lich happy to put her hands behind-her-back to be handcuffed (with a smile on her face). This felt quite staged. Later, I learned that none of the Truckers saw any of the money raised (I asked around). So, I thought if I set my royalty low, then Truckers and we-the-people could buy some mugs in bulk, distribute and sell them (to earn back a little lost income). Be sure to check for volume discounts. There are several styles and sizes to choose from. November 17th will always be Brigitte Belton Day around here. The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee.
Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
