Neuroscience Retina Blue Tie

The neuron print on this tie is based on the art of the incredible science artist Ferruccio Tartuferi who drew what he saw through the microscope in 1887. In his diagram the horizontal and amacrine cells are clearly represented, as are the rods, cones and bipolar cells. This print is what eye neurons looks like at a cellular level.
