First, the hat is quality. I have a big head size and many hats are just too small and sit wrong. The dome on this hat and the bill are both generous sizes. It's natural cotton and the adjustable strap appears very well made, unlike some advertising hats. The embroidery was well done and looks great. I find the production and shipping times with Zazzle to be incredibly fast. The custom design software takes some getting used to, but it works. You won't be disappointed with the quality of this item. I seldom write reviews. The flag and custom name embroidery was excellent and very large thread count.
