The design process was super easy, the tag is thick and better quality than expected. Some of the paint scratched off when I put the o ring on, which is normal, but I wonder how long it'll hold up as we do a lot of hiking. Also came with rubber tag silencers, and did not come with the gold clip pictured. I was worried the front wasn't going to be lined up properly but it came out wonderfully. The text on the back is clear and easy to read.

Actual tag is well made, nice finish.
The small tag is the perfect size for a cat.
Our cat is undergoing medical treatment, so the tag adds a cool little reminder of the procedure. Colours were excellent, exactly as expected. My photo was in the shadow, so doesn't do it justice.
